Title: Mystery Mini Meatballs
Categories: Ground Beef German Crockpot
Yield: 1 Servings

3lbLean ground beef, I mix
  Turkey and beef
1pkLipton onion soup mix
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Italian bread crumbs.
  Add some water if mixture is
  Too dry
  Sauce:
16ozSauerkraut, drained
16ozCan WHOLE cranberry sauce
1/2cBrown sugar
10ozBottle of chili sauce
1/3cWater

aka BBQ Sauerkraut in the Hackmann household

Mix the meatball ingredients together and make meatball about 1 1/2" in diameter and place in greased 10x14" baking pan.

Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Pour/spoon over the meatballs making sure some gets on each one. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hour. Serve with buttered noodles or rice, mashed potatoes work too. Serves 6-8. They are great for covered dish dinners. You can keep warm or reheat in a crockpot.
